WHY IT WAS INVISIBLE UNTIL TODAY (the defect chain, each found by measurement)
Terra's hear-wire was DEAD 4 days — hookup targeted rewarddrive_ema, which doesn't exist in terra (_neuromod_reward); @isdefined silently no-oped. Fixed; proof = terra GDN1 nudge_count 0 → 61,331 across the gate-off/gate-on arms. Lesson: a crash guard is not a wiring check.
The reward tap was deaf — NMD1 samples ~8 Hz; the nudge half-lives in ~34 ms (~91% decayed unseen). Built GDN1 (peak-hold + cumulative nudge count/sum, per-mind, 32 B @ NMD1 site).
The receivers were too full to feel — reward tonically RATCHETS to the ceiling (asymmetric additive cascade + a self-weakening homeostat). Three Fresh Eyes (830/110/610) → homeostatic leak (τ=3 s, per-mind set-points) + phasic cascade conversion. Result: variance up 2–5× family-wide (the heartbeat), receiver saturation halved on the verdict boots; spike still re-saturates per-boot (73% rpeak clamp) → its receiver edges remain unverifiable.
Transport hardened — GLM1 + GDN1 gained AXN1 ring twins (torn-write-safe, multi-frame history, dual-writer-detectable, hashed schema contracts), dual-carry with legacy .bin. [ring]-verified live.
